Program Overview

Seeds of Adab is a 10-week course designed to nurture prophetic character and everyday Islamic etiquette (adab) in middle school students. Through interactive lessons, storytelling, and practical scenarios, students will explore the manners taught by the Prophet Muammad —such as how to give greetings, show empathy, speak kindly, be a good guest, and interact respectfully in gatherings, online, and with people of diverse backgrounds. Each week plants a new “seed” of prophetic behavior, helping students grow into thoughtful, respectful, and spiritually aware young Muslims.

Learning Goals

1. To introduce students to key Islamic etiquettes related to communication, hospitality, social interaction, and emotional awareness based on the sunnah.

2. To help students recognize the importance of adab in everyday life and practice it in their homes, schools, and online spaces.

3. To cultivate a sense of responsibility and empathy by connecting prophetic manners to real-life middle school scenarios.
